Someone must have made a pillow filled voodoo doll of me somewhere and they take those cotton down innards in and out of that darn doll daily!
I spoke with Askwifey and she said something so profound, "Pay yourself first!" I love that, usually when you here that you think of money but, she was referring to your body! When you are, wife/mom you take care of everyone first except yourself. She also told me that her Hubby told her to surround herself with people who are physically fit and trying to obtain the same goals.
With that said I want to introduce you to "The Maria Factor" my friend Maria Jones, one of the most hardest working fitness Divas that I know! She is a 38 year old MOMMY and she inspires me everyday to get up, get going and get it done!
Working out is a lifelong commitment, it's not instant and it's not always easy. Recently, Maria shared some of her work out secrets and I will post them later this week! I thought I would just share her pictures for now. Thank you Maria for reminding me that I can....

That is some kind of inspiration. Yesterday I came to the realization that I am more focused on my body of work in terms of writing and such than I am on having my body work. I need to make my body and health a priority.
Being a mom is a job. But you don't have to be those fuzzy and wrinkly mothers to be called a great mom. You can be sexy as hell while being a Mom. Just like that Mom walking her child in a stroller.
