"You need to write a blog about life…live it to your fullest…live every day like it was your last…don’t let anger, or the little irritating things in life bother you. Trust me with all the things that you bicker and fight about in the end is not worth it….All it takes is having the whole day with your spouse/children and you get ready for bed that evening and right in front of you…your husband turns blue and you think he is taking his last breath of life….and you are calling 911 and it seems like an eternity before anyone arrives to help….
She said it all, there is nothing more I can add.
So, in celebration of life today I posted this Wade Robinson piece called, "The Hummingbird" When I see these two dance, I see the bird and flower they portray, they make me absorb their fluidity as their softness flows through the air. Dance evokes emotion and this piece speaks, life, love, sorrow, and joy!
So, here is the question today:
Are you mad at someone that you love? Can you forgive them?
Or will you allow only sickness and death to bring you back together?

I love that video; I saw them when they performed it originally on So You Think You Can Dance,
I hope your friend's husband is ok.
She's right as are you; life is too short to stay mad. We just don't know if there will be a tomorrow.
I need to be better at forgiving. I was just thinking that today. I know a man who was always demeaning to me and unkind. He has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and is very ill. I know I need to forgive him but it's so hard. Truth is...I shouldn't care about whatever he's done. I should move on.
What a beautiful post, unfortunate that it takes severe impacts to bring us back to base.
Lovely post and video, thanks for sharing!

Thank you!

So true. And I love this dance!
What a gorgeous expression of art and dance! Love this Ms. W.
I am completely addicted to So You Think You Can Dance. I love that piece (all of Wade's pieces actually. Listen to me! Like I'm his friend or something ;)). Your friend is right, but sometimes it's so hard.
I'm in a terrible spot with my father and stepmother. We are all entrenched and no one can find the strength (or is it a willingness to be vulnerable) to as for forgiveness. We all see our own scars as the deepest. It's sad.
All we can do is our best. I can't be the first today, but I assess it everyday. Hoping that maybe tomorrow will be the day I'm strong enough to say 'I'm sorry'.
Ms. Wanda~ New reader here! Just found you from A Woman's Voice and I have to say I am totally digging your place here! Great video and post, makes us remember to not sweat the small stuff!
BTW, I am your most recent follower and I'm following you on twitter as well. :)
Very, very thought provoking post. Thank you for posting this.
I'm stopping by from SITS! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Blessings,

You (and your friend) make some very good points about life today. And it's good to be reminded of it once in a while.
(saw you in the SITS comments section today)
