2 times in one day?

Well ok, I've decided to add something today. After having an extremely long weekend, dance competition with my daughter all weekend I was ready to be home. I realize this morning that patience maybe something that fell through the cracks a long time ago. This morning I woke up and became a Pettybicker! Do you know what that is? That's a name my husband and I gave my sister and her husband a long time ago because everytime they came around us they would pettybick about anything. She would say, "Did you put the letter in the mail?" and he would say, "yesterday" she would then look at him and say, "In the morning like I told you or late afternoon?" and you could feel the anger leaking out of his eyebrows! They would bick about that for like an hour and it wouldn't even matter if you where there, they would just go on and on. Sorry to say they have been divorced now for 9 years.

Well, I've been married to my husband, this June 14th for 12 years, and we have now become the Pettybickers! This morning I was on my to take the kids to school and I said out loud, "where is my wallet" really I was speaking to myself and my husband says, "you don't see it?" and I was like, "no." Then he says angrily, "Did you leave it in Macon?" I'm now annoyed and I say, "NO IT'S HERE I JUST NEED A MINUTE TO FIND IT!" Then he of course says to me why are you so mad? I just looked at him and felt the onset of Pettybickerness coming on and I walked away.

Do you feel like you and your husband have become the Pettybickers? Please let me know what you think:)

Glad to see you back in the blog world!!! :)

I think it is sooooo easy to become Pettybickerish - in any situation and with anyone ( husband, kids, parents, friends, etc)! I often have to pull a smart ass comment back before it comes flying out of my mouth. But I am still in the Newlywed glow so that's giving me a good edge! ;)

Hmm, I think I've fallen victim to Pettybickerness from time to time.
