Let the House Go!

Oh, hi, yeah I haven't been bloggin because I don't have much to say until my recent homeowner revelation! I am some what happy my birthday was Friday and it came and now it's gone, just like my house. We have decided to let it go yes, the economy has reached my home. Honestly a tear almost fell out of my eye for like a second and now I'm over it. I think I need to write about it so I can get it off my chest. It's funny I realized that us Home Owners are all just glorified tenants in our homes. The author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" said that our home is a liabilty not an asset. I get that now!
So in like 30 years when I'm 84 I will be able to enjoy the freedom of having no more mortgage notes, however I will probably need someone to help me put on my depends. Oh, yeah and if I miss one mortgae or tax payment my bank will kick my ass right out at any age.
I'm excited because now as a soon to be renter I have an oppurtunity to get out of my distressed neighborhood and put my children in a really great school system and get clear of all the Home owner BS I've been dealing with lately. Love to hear your thoughts on this matter of Home Ownership:)

We have to be careful to check our "keeping up with the Jones" mentality. There are so many worse things that can happen. Your family is in tact! And won't it be nice when something goes wrong in your rented property and you can call someone else to fix it!

lots of people go through rough time. More than you know, probably since a lot of people are good at keeping that info under wraps. Remember "The Pursuit of Happyness"? He's paid now, and not because of his book or movie. Persevere, Ms. Wanda!
