30 Pounds Later!!!

30 pounds later and I feel absolutely fabulous!!!  Yes, I put my business out there in the street:)  This year I had a secret ma-do, well actually I told an enormous select few,  "45 for 45" that is my age and how much I need to lose this year.  I have 15 more to go and I'm in the zone!  Golds Gym in the morning and simply eating healthy has made an significant impact on my life.  I'm not tired, my back doesn't hurt and I can run again on the treadmill Thank you Jesus!:) Oh, by the way I get to take pictures with cutie pie's, hunks, ooh la la's, "oh sorry did I trail?"..... very nice young men:)





Since having my children later in life I have to stay in shape to keep up with them, just to let you know not only did my  baseballer Jordeyn's team win the 2010 Georgia State Championship but, he also auditioned and won the coveted role as a Young Michael Jackson in this years Dance Factory's Tribute to Mr. Jackson!  

Sydney my little dancer won 1st place for her solo "Truckin" (choreographed by Ms. Debbie Daniel Wells) and the group that she dances with made Kid's Artistic Revue History when they Won the Grand Championship for the Second Year in a row!!! So, I've been running this summer from Georgia to Florida to Georgia, I'm back and it's been an awesomely exhausting summer (I wouldn't have it any other way)!!!
